dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research were to find out: (1) the effect of leadership style· on decision making, (2) the effect of team work on decision making, (3) the effect of leadership style on job performance, (4) the effet of team. work on job performance, (5) the effect decision making on job performance. In this research, samples were .selected simple random· sampling and data has been analysis by path analysis. The result of this research were as follows: (1) there was a positive affect of leadership style on decision making, (2) there was a positive affect of team work on decision making, (3) there was a positive affect of leadership style on job performance, (4) there was a positive affect of team·work on job performance, (5 there was a positive affect of decision making on job performance. In order to iinproved job performance, leadership style, team work, decision making, should be put into straregic planning of human resources development at university; however other variables were necessary to be taken into account by nexfperformance research.en_US
