dc.description.abstract The purpose of !his study is to investigate and explain the role that the principal in improving the quality of education at Ml Soebono Mantofani Jombang, Tangerang Selatan. The me/hod used in !his s/udy is a qualilative me/hod of descriptive analysis approach This method is implemented in an attempt to find informalion about the deepest strategy has been carr The results showed Iha! !he principal leadership has conducted properly in accordance with !he role andfunclion as a school principal. The principal role in improving the quality of education at Ml Soebono Mantofani is based on integrated quality managemenl .Conclusion The study shows that the principal has done several strategies to improve the quality of educalion in MI Soebono Mantofani which are (I) educator, ( 2) manager, ( 3) administrator, (-I) leader, ( 5) innovator, ( 6) motivator en_US
